I have tried different pdf to Word converters. I noticed that while the
output Word document shows different fonts and font sizes, when I click
anywhere in the document, the style shown is always the same. I thought
each text which have different fonts or sizes belong to different ...

I'm having a problem previewing and printing MS Word 2003 documents.  When I
click preview, only one page displays.  I cannot scroll to see the other
pages in the document.  Ditto for printing.  I try to print the document and
only the first page prints.

bookmarks with names like "OLE_LINK2" already in the document that I did not
intentionally put there.

such as the rich text form control, there are two entries: Name and Tag. I

I'm sure this must be simple, but I cannot create a TOC frame on the left
that will hyperlink to corresponding locations in the "main" frame of the
