I created a new Paragraph Style based on Normal.  Under Format, I made
a few changes to the Numbering and Paragraph sections.  Then checked
"Add to Template" option and since I did not see a "Save" button
selected Apply to get out.

Several days ago I became unable to open Word documents as I had before by
double-clicking the document icon.  What happens now is that Word opens and I
then have to use the Open dialogue to find the file on the Desktop or in the
folder where it resides.  This is an annoying ...

I have created office templates in word and password protected them through
the Tools/Options/Security for modification. Now, when users try to open a
new document (file/new, template from my computer) from the template, they
get the password protect dialogue box, which confuses ...

I am inputting a fiction manuscript that has a lot of dialog quotation.  Does
anyone have suggestions for a template or style that would automate the
opening and closing quotes without typing them each time? It would be a great
help!

When i change the tab position of a bulleted or  numbered item, it effects
the entire document. I have to then do "undo" then "redo" for the item to
take effect w/o effecting the entire document.
This is extremely troublesome...
