Unable to change color or use other font changes in Word23 May 2007 23:24 GMT1
Up until this morning (5/23/07), after I downloaded recent updates, I was
able to highlight and change font color and underline, etc. in Word. Now I
cannot.  Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there help out there?

I am given an electronic copy of a text which I need to edit. The issue is
that all the footnotes are for some reason converted into superscripts. So
they do not update automatically now. How do I get them back into footnotes.

Is there any way in office to set an expiration date for a document? e.g. If
I create a document today, I want to set an expiration date of 5/31/07 so
that if I try to access it after 5/31/07, it won't open.

Word Readability Score differnt on different computers23 May 2007 17:38 GMT2
We have one word document and the readability score is coming up different on
each computer.  Varying from 46.6 to 49.  It is a contract so it shouldn't be
to high anyway.  They are all the same version of office (2003) with all the
latest updates all running windows 2000 or XP.  ...

I do a lot of work in legal contracts and EVERY TIME I open a contract (or
any other document), it defaults to "Final showing markup" so in order to see
a clean document I have to change it to "Final."  Word 2003 used to default

In Microsoft Word 2003 I have used Tools Options General to set my
measurement units to centimetres.  This seems to be the case on the vertical
ruler.
On the horizontal ruler and on Format Tabs and Ormat Columns the unit shown

Today I tried opening some Word files that I created last week.  Before I can
work on the file I receive a message that says
Runtime Error
