I enter Auto Correct entires quite frequently and every so ofter they
disappear from the list.  Sometimes all the entries I've made will be gone.  
Why does it do this and is there a way to prevent it?

Sometimes when I open word, right next to Help it Adobe PDF.  Then I can use
this button to create a PDF document quickly.  Sometimes and lately, it's not
there.  How can I get it and keep it there everytime I open word?  It is
there when I open excel, just not word.
