In my word document, I want the fieldname in a template I created to be the name of the document without the .doc extension. Currently when I save the document and update field, the name is something like: PO54726.doc and I'd like it to be PO54726

I'm trying to apply an IF statement to a mailmerge field in a document. The field in question is a 'Name' and is stored in the database as, for example, 'Paul_Jacques'. What I want to do is strip out the underscore and replace it with a SPACE. I've tried the following:

There used to be a selection on the menu to merge the changes and clean up a document. The only thing I can find now is to turn off View > Markup, but I would like to make the changes and get rid of the notes. Is there still a way to do that?

No problem previously. Now when I click "Send a Copy" it won't transfer doc to OE. Email "Send To" goes away as though it worked, but the "Sending" function in OE does not appear nor does it appear in Sent folder.

As I said above, the blank document that word opens to has writing on it. I cannot figure out how to delete the text, change the font to the default font. I would appreciate hearing on how to do this.

After updating my TOC, everything looks fine all the pages are updated correctly. If I attachit to an email and open it just to check it, the TOC is now showing all 4's or 3's not the numbers it should be.
