I have a form in A4 size that I want to scan and be able to use in
Word to type text into it.
I have tried scanning the document as a picture and opening a Word
document and inserting it as a picture but I then cannot type any text

When I save a Word 2007 document to PDF format using the Word 2007 pdf
converter, all Hindi numerals in my document would appear in Arabic format.
1) Is there a configuration to be done somewhere?
2) Can I save the pdf document as an image.
