I'm looking for a simple model which would roughly correspond to the format

Word 2000. I basically want to find out the printing history of a specific
document. Is there a way I can find out when I've printed the document and to
which printer, time date etc?

I turn on track changes feature n Word 2003.  When I make a change in the
text, it shows some mysterious changes on the numberings.  Has anyone seen
this problem?  I am using Word 2003 on Windows XP.

I have a long table in word.
I want to have fields in each cell so the user can input info without

and I can't get it to change for all the headers.  I foollow these steps:
1) Choose Reference from the ribbon
2) Go to Table of Contents, then insert table of contents

I have a doc with a number of Heading 1 headings.  No matter how hard I try,
the Spacing Before for one of those headings always reverts to 0" (zero)

I'm using Word 2003.  I have a doc with hyperlinks on the top linked to
headings in the document (based on Heading 1 headings).  The text of the
links themselves are in all caps (this may have been done by someone prior to
me).  And the headings in the doc are also all caps.  But ...

I can't figure out how to make the envelope/label button appear on the
toolbar in v2003.

My text looks fine on the screen, but when I print it, I get nothing but
black smudges.  It looks like the entire sentence is all in one space.  What
do I need to do?
