Everytime I open a new Document in Word my full name appears at the top of the page. Its automatic, dont know what i pressed, but it wont go away! It bugging the crap out of me. Anyone?

Folks, I've seen this question asked many times, but haven't quite seen an answer. Out of the box, Word 2002/2003 have "Dear Mom and Dad" and "Best wishes". If you type "best w", "best wishes," comes up on AutoComplete.

When I set the Recent file list length to 20, it works as long as the machine is up. When i restart Windows XP, the list length is 9 again. How to set to 20 PERMANENTLY?

my word docs are suddenly being printed with codes (as in the header and footer) being printed rather than the desired resulting text. also, I copied some newpaper info online and it printed out all the codes in the newspaper rather than just the info I copied.
