When I highlight one paragraph and apply formatting changes, like centering, the rest of the document becomes centered. And the the font changes to Times New Roman when I hadn't even intended that.

Is there a function that will eliminate ALL spaces in a text string? TRIM will eliminate all unnecessary spaces, but I have been asked if you can eliminate all of them. Thanks for any help.
