I have a file with 55 pages.  I want to be able to select any one or all of
the first 54 pages (and this quantity could change) and print it with page 55
printed on the back of the page.  So, I might be printing 1 and 55, 2 and 55,

I have a 75 page table in Word 2003 and the header size is as large as the
page.  Nothing I do seems to fix it.  I already tried changing the page
alignment (which was already set to top, but the header just covers the whole

I am creating a template.
I am inserting a table into the header area.
I need to be able to display another table immediately beneath the header so
that it is flush with the table in the header.  Right now, there is a gap

I have compiled a list of figures and a separate list of tables on the same
page but when I try to update each one individually then both tables are
overwritten with the one I am updating.  I've tried separating them with a
section break (continuous) but that did not help.

My word doucment has so many paragraph marker (enter key).  I want to find
and delete the unwanted pargaraph marks.

The horizontal ruler is too narrow and I can't change it.  Anyone know how
this can be done?

I can't seem to get the the outline numbers to show up.
I want each heading to have a number next to it.  For example : 1  1.1  1.2  
1.2.1
things like that.  I want them to show up in the TOC like that too.

Whenever I try to select a vertical bar of text in Word 2003 by holding down
the Alt key and dragging the mouse over the range to be selected--which is
how to do it, according to the online Help--the Research Task Pane opens as
soon as I let go of the mouse key.

I have an issue with Word 2003. I have built a number of templates that fire
code in the Document_New() sub to connect to a SQL database and fill in
values of a bunch of bookmarks.

I had to re-install windows today due to system crash.  All word/excel files
were backed up and the hard drive was not formatted (re-installation of
office not performed as De!! did not provide office CD).
I created new shortcuts to word/excel on the desktop but get the following

I am trying to type a letter in Word.  I have Arial 12 point, and it says
Normal + Arial, but everything is typing in bold.  I don't have the bold on.

i had a question about the autocorrect capacity.  Is there any way to
increase the capacity?  I currently use expansion software and have a huge
file (since i do medical transcription) that we won't be using anymore, and
it seems autocorrect is our only "shortcut" software ...
