As a company we edit papers together. When we put the file on our portal it defaults to Show Final with Markups. Is there a way to have it set to only show final and no markups?

When I go to change a style I use ctrl+shift+s to bring up the mini toobar. After I change the style the mini toobar stays open. Is there a keyboard shortcut to close it? Or a setting to have it close after a new style is chosen?
