hyperlink24 Sep 2007 23:02 GMT3
when creating a hyperlink my mouse pointer will not change into a hand symbol
when it is moved over the text, it shows I need to press ctrl+click to open
the hyperlink. I just want to see the hand and click and not have to use the

Document Map Width Not Retained24 Sep 2007 21:24 GMT6
This is a title of an article in the knowledgebase. It says that it is only a

whilst in college a number of years back. I managed to do a bit of
hackery-pokery which enabled me to set the width of the ...

Modify index styles24 Sep 2007 19:56 GMT2
In Word 2003, the Index and TOC styles are not listed in the Styles and
Formatting pane. AFAIK you have to do as if you're creating a new index or
TOC, chose From Template, and modify the styles from there. (Unintuitive to
begin with, but whatever.)
