In 2003, you held down the SHIFT key when clicking on the FILE menu. I cannot

I got a PDF version of a document, that I have converted into Word Document.
But the converted document is in the form of picture in the word document.
I want to have this docuemnt as a fillable word document.

After I center a title, wehn a click on the left alignment, the typed text  
reverts to left alignment.
How do I return to left alignment ( additional text ), but keep the title
centered ?

I have somehow managed to insert a bold line, similar to (but NOT) a bold

I am trying to create a outlined numbered list, but with the number style
set to the Russian charaters equivalent to A, B, C....  I have installed the
Russian (Cyrillic) language pack on my PC, but this has not added it to the
drop down list of "number style".

I'm currently creating a document using cross references.  When I'm reading
through the document I click on the cross reference and it takes me to the
location of the reference... is there a short cut to take me back to where I

Hello. Can anyone give me any idea why when I open Word (in Print view) the
cursor appears at the top of the page? My margin settings have not changed
and when I print a document the first line is in the proper place; it's just
on the screen that things are out of whack. Thanks.

My document has frontmatter pp. i - xxvi followed by text starting at p.1.
The print dialogue box would not accept pages  i-xxvi but did print them when
I entered 1-26 as the page range.  When I go to print my text, page 1 appears
