I am using Word 2007 and I would like to change the style or create my own

When I am working in Word or PowerPoint I am finding that there is hang time
before I can access a folder to save a file to.  This is what I do and where
the problem lies: I go to “File” then to “Open”. When the Open screen comes

PLEASE restore the white-text-on-blue-background option for Word 2007!  I saw
one blogger who claimed WTBB was only used by a miniscule percentage of Word
users, but that is NOT TRUE!  There are MANY users that I personally know who
use it and we're all devastated that Word 2007 ...
