Why do they keep changing the programs if everything seems to be working
alright and why when they come out with a new program do we have to purchase
it at full price instead of just upgrading it for free. Why can't they make
the programs backwards compatible for those who do not ...

Everytime I open a new document in either word 2003 or Outlook 2003 (word is

In Word 2007, if I try to enter a field code manually, it does not
work: when I use Shift+F9 or Alt+F9, the field code disappears and I get

Why does the picture vanish when "Tight" text wrapping is selected?

Is there a way to select all of the text in one section? I'm working with a
manual that has 28 sections and my boss now wants me to use Arial instead of
Times New Roman in a couple of them. (I've tried telling him the TNR is
easier to read when printed but he's the boss.....)

Is there a way to automatically insert commas in dollar figures?
For example, if I type $ followed by 1234, I'd like a comma to automatically
