I've created a simple 4 page folded leaflet with 2 pages per A4 side, ie one
side prints as 4, 1 and the other side prints as 2, 3. I've done this by
setting 'Bookfold' in the Margins tab of Page Setup.

I own truetype fonts that I would like to use within Office 2007.  None of
the programs are recognizing the font files.  How can I make this happen?  
Also, is one font (Palotino Linotype) from the Pro edition available for
