and it was helpful but it's not giving me what I need.
I have an existing dot (note, "dot" not "doc") file for a client that  a
previous programmer set up. It has  a logo and return address in the

When printing an envelope I am getting strange characters in the return
address.
I tried to type the return address directly on the "envelopes and Labels"
field, as well as in the Word options>Advanced>mailing address.

When I open word the document doesn't appear as a regular size page. It is
very small- about  two inches. What do I do to make it open regualr size
again.

I'm in need of creating a "new" document from an existing Rev.  I then want
to track changes on this "new" document.  Each time I try to follow the
microsoft prompts and save the document (Save As), and then select Track
Changes, the old revisions show up as tracked.

I think you have made a big mistake removing the office assistant from Office
2007.

I have a user who added a whole bunch of things to the auto correct. There
was a problem with his laptop and I needed to redo the whole thing.  I took
an image of his laptop before I wiped it out.  Now when I reinstalled office
2003 his auto correct options he added are no longer ...
I need to upgrade Word 2002 to 200315 Dec 2007 22:07 GMT2
Is there a downlaod to do this? I have Outlook 2003 and need to use mail merge.

When typing the name of a month, Word does NOT complete it for me after the
first 4 letters.  This worked OK in Office 2003.  the Help function says it
cannot be turned off, so..... can I turn it on ?

Some of the names appear and some don't.  I have done everything the same
throughout.
