I'm editing a long document in Word 2003. I want to replace all occurrences of "P:" with "Paul:". In the Find box I put "P:" (without the quotes) and in the Replace box I put "Paul:". But instead of "Paul:", what I get is "PAUL:". I've checked the formatting

I lost the capability of typing the first letter of an email recipient and getting a drop down list of all those with that first letter. In other words, if I typed an M all those M names on my contact list would drop down. I lost this feature. How can I restore it?
