I have a document with many thousands of lines. All lines are 12 or so words each with a "-" somewhere in the middle. I want to be able to swap the words around to the other side of the "-". The lenght and the amount of the words can vary.

I have a very astute employee who loves the web toolbar available in Word 2003 and Excel 2003. He uses it all the time in a variety of ways. I can't find anything similar in the Word 2007 ribbon. Any advice on where / how to get this?
