I am trying to follow the helpful instructions on automatically updating

I have Microsoft Works version 8.5 that was installed on my new dell computer
with vista.  I am adding works to my autocorrect, and they work fine until I
close works.  When re-opened, all of my previous additions are gone.  What do
I need to do??

Our office just received Word 2007 with our new computers.  We've had no
training.  :(  In this new version can you close the last document without
having to close down Word?  Thanks!!

I have used a template file for writing my thesis. Numbering of "Heading 1
to 3" are set such that they include the chapter and section number.
For example, I will automatically have:
Chapter 2. Forces and Pressures (Heading 1)

I do not like the way the cursor appears in Word 2007.  Mine is the black

I'm receiving Word files from someone using MAC. They open with gibberish on
my PC. Saving as RTF didn't work. I'm using Word 2003.

I would like to create a button on the quick access toolbar that creates a
new document based on a particular template.  How do I do this?  Please
