Hi, I have a document that uses styles, and it is formatted perfectly, but I
would like to remove the styles and make the formatting as though it were
done manually.  The document has an automatically generated table of
contents, and footnotes.

When searching for text in  a document, the Find and Replace command fails
after being used repeatedly to find a large number (50 or more) of phrases.  
I have not noticed this problem in previous versions of Word.  Any ideas as
