I've been fighting with Find and Replace for a while now, and I can't figure
this out--can anyone please tell me how to find every paragraph that has an
opening quotation mark anywhere in it? It doesn't show up here unfortunately,
but I'm looking for the curly opening ...

Is there any way to have rev tracking print out the way it is displayed in
word with rev bars on both columns?  When you print it out the rev bars are
consolidated to one side.  I hope I've explained this clearly.

I can't seem to set a tab precisely on a ruler marker at 1", 2", 3", 4", 5",
6" even though I have the default tab stops set on the ruler markers at each
inch.  The tabs default to a spot in between the ruler markers rather than
precisely on the ruler markers.

I've created a form/template for  my employees to use.  My problem is that
when the blanks are filled out, the text next to that blank gets "pushed"
over or to the next line.  For example, if a line on my form says NAME: (fill
in the blank)  DOB: (fill in the blank), when someone ...

I am using Word 2003 and for some reason, I cannot enable my reviewing
toolbar. I've tried to customize my toolbars (Tools/Customize) and the
Reviewing toolbar is not grayed out but when I check the box by it, a check
mark won't even appear.

I just installed the latest version of word...
When I have a new page it always double spaces everything.  How do I
change it so it always single spaces

We are trying to make a list where the number (with a period) is alone on one
line, centered, and the paragraph text starts below, with the first line of
text indented .5". Does anyone know how to go about doing this? Here is an

I have a document that was created in times new roman and was converted to
Marlett(word 2002).  The document was saved in the marlett font.  I'm now
unable to  select all and convert the font back to any other readable format?

I clicked on the wrong file while saving and clicked "replace existing file".

I have some documents that are opening extremely slow, though they are only a
few pages of text.  I think some of the formatting has corrupted.  Is there
any way to have Word step me through/over the corruptions (debug?) or display
a report pointing to the location of corrupt ...

Maybe my memory is failing but I was sure there was a way of turning off
autocorrection for a single document, however I can't find it.
Let me explain; I receive a newsletter with literally hundreds of mistakes
and so the document is underlined in one colour of another all the way ...
