In Word 2003 - (1) How can I format (font, size, color, shape) a screentip?
(2) Is there a way to control the length of time the screentip appears when
the cursor hovers over it? Mine doesn't display as long as I'd like even
though I don't touch the mouse. Thanks!

Is there a way to copy background shading?  I have a table set up with 9
different rows and I have shaded each row with a different color.  But I

I have a problem with some Office 2003/SP3 users that are trying to open a
rtf file with text boxes in it, they see it with much much more text boxes,
so they can't see the content of the file (flight voucher).
When I open the same file with office 2007/sp 1 I see it perfectly.
