I'd like to use the General Business card format available online. I've updated with my information except the line going down the side isn't allowing me to edit it. I'd like to keep it, but need it to be blue. Does anyone know how I can change this?

I have Word 2004 for MAC. I was playing with Styles and Templates and now when I click to bullet one line, EVERY line on the page is bulleted. I reinstalled Word, but it still happens. Is there a way to restore factory defaults for Bullets?

Every time I launch Word and open a file I am presented with My Documents on the C Drive. I put all my applications on the C drive and my working files on the D Drive. How do I change the default to D Drive?

I am using Outlook 2007 with McAfee internet protection. I have been informed that some of the e-mails i am sending are not reaching their destination. If i send new e-mails with just text i have no problems.

The UNDO option disappeared from the File drop-down menu in 2007 Word. How do I reinstate the Undo option i.e. how do I get the Undo option to show whenever I click on FILE in the toolbar? Please help.

We are currently running Word 2003 and my Adobe toolbar (to convert my word document to a PDF) keeps disappearing. Right now my only option is to re-install my Adobe program, the toolbar is not in my toolbar list. Please help.
