Word 07 crashes every time I open a Word 03 document, taking down with it all
the other documents that are open regardless of version. Why?

I'm trying to open a document with formulas on it, but unfortunatly I cant
see it as it should be, I just can see weird symbols instead of the real
formulas. I've read here some of the problems that look like mine but I still
dont know how to change the font of the microsoft ...

I have Office 2003 and for some reason my word document is corrupt.  When I
try to open it I get the following error message "The XML File <name> cannot
be opened because the are problems with the contents.".  Clicking the details
button brings up "an invalid character was found ...

I am trying to secure several word documents so that they cannot be edited or
copied. I have set a password which restricts modifications, but the document
can still be copied. How can I restrict the document from being copied?

We were using Abby Fine Reader 8.0 and currently upgraded to 9.0.  We are
using MS Word 2003 with Windows XP.  We have 25 manuals that we are currently
OCRing to create intelligent text, in this particular case our delivery
requires MS Word and a .pdf of each updated manual.  

Using Word 2002, SP3
The user has a 13-pg outline document.  Originally she pulled it into
Outlook 2002 as a task so she could set reminders to prompt her when things
need to be completed.  She is finding there is way too much scrolling

I have 2 Word Documents.  
Document #1 is a pseudo "Help" file.  It consists of a number of tables,
each table starting on a separate page.  Also, each table has a unique
bookmark (e.g., HE_01, HE_02, etc.)

is there a field that can have different text in it for every Header of
Footer where it is used.  I would like to have a "Revision Date" that could
be different on every footer of a document.  Currently the only way I can do
this is to create a section break between every page.  ...

When a zoom of one page is selected, I can scroll "continuously" through a
document - the page at the location of the scroll slider is directly
displayed. This is the type of scroll I like. However, if I set zoom to two
pages and I use the scroll slider, only the page number is ...

I need a script that will run that when a field = a certain answer it will
make the next field a mandatory field to fill in.

In word 2003 I could preview doc before opening in the open doc window.  I
can't figure out how to do this in wood 2007.  Is this still possible?

Know this is real general...I work a lot in Access. Want quotes created with
word due to unstructured nature...there any good documents that would give me
some vision on using data from access to open a template in word that might
have address detail populated and some other ...
