Just upgraded to Microsoft Office 2007. The choice of whether to work in centimeters or inches was previously under Tools, Options. I can't find it anywhere now. Can anyone help?

I am using Word 2003. I am using cross references to endnotes. If I delete an endnote that has a cross reference to it in the text, should that cross reference also be deleted? I normally get a Error message about bookmark not defined? Do these have to be deleted manually?

In the "Open" dialog box there is a column down the left hand side that allow you to go directly to a particular folder. I cannot remember how to add folders to that list. I've done it before so I know it's possible. Anyone know?
