When I have lots (say 20) docs open in Word and then I need to transfer them onto a flash drive I save each individually - which takes lots of time. Is there a way of instructing Word to save all the documents to a new location at once?

I've been going through a document, making changes and adding comments. The "Track Changes" option is on. When I go back to the document, a few days later, I see some parts that I've deleted and want to undelete.

Im using a master document and have created a TOC/TOF/TOT. My problem is when I open the document it gives the same page number for the lists. I can do an update and it gives me all the correct pages. But after I save it, and reopen I get the page all the same again.
