When I select a block of text in Word, ithe program asks me if I want to
delete Y/N, when i hit the "Delte" key.  Other people I know do not have this
"feature".  I just want Word to delete the text without asking.

Can you create a checklist without creating a table in word?  If so, how.

I have Office 2007 and am running it on an HP Pavilion dv 1000 laptop with
1.5 g of memory.  There is a distinct delay when toggling between open
Word documents of up to 10 seconds before the alternate document can be
edited.  In Word 2003, this was instantaneous!  Whats wrong?

I have a rather large word (2003) document, about 150 pages long, most
of it is text.  It has headers and footers and standard template with
small graphic.  the general size of the document is 12Mb, which is
managable.

when I open Word 2007, it defaults to "document2". What happened to

I would like to refer to equations and figures in the body of my text.
The equations and figures use fields that update and I would like my
references in the text body to update along with them so that if I say "In
figure 2 one can see ..." and figure 2 become figure 3 after the ...

I need to open a file with Tect recovery converteradd-in in the open dialog
box but colud not find it there: how then do I do this or download it?
