Can Word be configured to use a csv lookup table or an Excel spread sheet?

I have to wipe my hard drive and will have to reinstall word 2007, the only
thing I don't see is how to de-activate it so that i can re-use  / reactivate
the same license on this machine. Would be the same issue as moving the
license to a new machine i suppose, must be some way ...

When I go into a document and want to  update a font it asks for one font for
headings and one for body.  What or where is the heading in a document?  I
understand the body, because that is the only place I've noticed the change
correlating to my font choice.

Trying to print out 35 sheets of labels but the labels keep pulling up a line
after the first box so that none of the text falls in line with the label, I
have tried changing printers and cannot work this out at all. Using Word 2003
