When you uncheck hidden text, save the document and close it, sometimes the
Show Hidden Text feature reactivates (the next time you open the document,
for example). Is there any way to keep this guy off permanently? Sometimes my
users get confused when they open one of my docs ...

The smallest Arial font is 8 pt. In a Word document, how do I change Arial
font size to smaller than 8 pt. for a particular paragraph?

I have certain application windows that cannot be printed, so I use a
screen capture program (ScreenHunter) to grab the windows and paste
them into Word. I have my default paste set to "In front of text"
which I would prefer not to change.

I have a document that was created in Word 2003 by another person and emailed
to me. I can open the document only if I open Word first... that was my first
clue. Then if I try to select any text in it, basically it won't. The scroll
bar to scroll through the document doesn't work ...

I have to make a play bill on a 5x8 size, I created the content in a 8.5x11
with 2 columns document but it's on 15pgs.  Is there a quick way to have the
content auto format itself after resizing to 5x8?

How do I keep (force) a portion of a sentance togeather in MS word 2003, for
example a proper name to be kept on the same line when moved = John Smith not
                       John Smith

My office will only allow me to set 43 characters per line and I need it set
to 70.

We're trying to develop a template in Word using a styleref in the header.  
This is to pick up each time the Heading 1 changes.  Is it possible for the
headers to reflect the Heading 1 text without having section breaks in
between each?  Every time I remove the section breaks it ...

How do you shrink a document to make it fit?  I have a 2 page paper due and
it comes out to be 2.25 pages.  Without reducing the font size is there a
simple way to reduce the document to 2 pages?

When I try to use printed watermark (picture) the program comes to a
standstill and eventally states...printed watermark and Word 2003 NOT
responding.  This only happens with pictures.  The text watermark works fine.

to create a template full of fancy bells and whistles for my client

When I create a new document, and use the feature to update the document to a
specific template, one of the style changes to include a number, which is not
in the original template.
Why?

I just lost a part of my doc during typing due to accidental activation of
the over typing button and i want to recover that lost part of the doc.

I am working with a word document where I have 6 endnotes/sources that
refer to one sentence.  Instead of listing each endnote as a
superscript, is it possible to have a reference like 1-6 in the
superscript.  This may sound confusing so here is a visual example:

I have assigned short cut keys to a set of styles in my Wrod 2007 template.
When I save the template as a new version, the short cut key assignments are
lost.
Any help please?
