For Word 2007

We have a Drive (called F:) on our server that we use to save all of our
working documents, spreadsheets etc...  I have a folder on this drive that
contains employee sensitive information.  I would like to put a password or
some other security measure in place to ensure other ...

Word is driving me CA-RAZYY!!
I'm accustomed to using Headings 'n all.  However, I need to add
corresponding numbered paragraphs (or I guess it could be a list) to a
document, as follows:

When moving drawing objects and text boxes, or resizing them the objects seem
to be snapping to an invisible grid rather than free floating.  Can this be
remedied?
