Word to PDF-Format changes12 Mar 2008 08:08 GMT4
I am saving a Word doc to Adobe PDF (which I have done numerous of times),
however this time the formatting of the document changes in the PDF version
as soon as I print to Adobe PDF.  The words move up creating blank pages.  
Why is this happening and how do I prevent it?

We are having issues with both Word 2003 and Outlook 2003, although we ran
repair on both from Control Panel.  We use Windows XP SP2 and - we believe -

i have Office 2007 sp1. Problem is when an envelope is added to a letter in
Word. The envelope and letter PRINT FINE TOGETHER. It is when the letter is
printed separately that i get 3" margins but the text remains printed on the
same line and overprints itself.

I haven't been able to find any equivalent to the pre 2007 Workgroup
Templates facility/location - (not sure if that is the exact wording).
To get my templates loaded for my team do they need to copy them to their
own template location to have them available under File/New dialog? ...

In previous versions, pressing F4 after typing a string of text would repeat
the whole string (as long as I hadn't paused in the middle of typing). Now,

In Word 2003, I could call up a previously saved document, make alterations
to it, and then save it under a new name and keep my old document.  I can't
find a "save as" feature in Word 2007.  Is there one?
