What happened to this deal?

I am so tired of the new 2007 ribbons....  I want my old "Classic 2003" menus
back... Any help?

In Word 2003, I could call up a previously saved document, make alterations
to it, and then save it under a new name and keep my old document.  I can't
find a "save as" feature in Word 2007.  Is there one?

I have a document that requires the last page to be deleted when the terxt is
not used. It is separated using a section break (next page) but when I delete
the section break I lose all headers and footers. How do I stop this from
occurring?

is it possible to add a text field that updates other text fields in a document
eg enter the date in one field and this date is them automatically updated
several times in the document.

their developement was more via trial and error rather than the correct /
idea way to generate multiple indexes - there was a lot of cutting and
pasting rather than setting it up through words indexing ...

In MicroSoft Word (2003), other than using the toolbar icon, is it possible
to access the highlight feature through a menu choice?  If so, how do you
access it?

Is it possible to assign additional printer buttons into the Word standard

I am trying to create a single paged document that is one large table.  I
would like it to run from one margin to the next, top to bottom, but when I
expand the table size to occupy the available space, the blank line at the

I accessed the groups microsoft.public.word.general and
microsoft.public.word using Google Groups.  Unfortunately, they no
longer carry those groups as live forums, just as archives.  It is

A letter written in Word 2000 appears as gibberish. I tried to select all
text and choose a different font, however that does not change the
hierogliphycs into readable text. What to do?

I can't find the option to put a horizontal line in a Word 2007 document...
Could someone please tell me how I can do that?
