I have a list of 1500 email addresses that I have copied into a blank
Word document.  Each address has a period at the end, which obviously
shouldn't be there.  Is there a way to tell Word (through a macro or
find or something) to get rid of that period (and not the one(s) that

When I create an index for a Word 2007 document, I get entries like:
Washington, George 1,2,3,7,11
but I want:

Can anyone tell me how to swop them over please?  When doing anything in Word
or Excel, the "/2 key adds the @ sign and the '/@ sign adds the ".  Its works

When I launch Word, the new document that opens always has the cursor
blinking at the very top of the page.  My margins are set to the default that

Whenever i paste text into a document i am workign on in UK english word
detects that piece of text as US english and then tells me that words are
spelt incorrectly because they are using the UK spelling. Can any one sugest

I have carefully set up my headings ala Shauna Kelly. Most of the time there
is no problem. However, in this one particular instance, when I opened my
document for editing, the headings changed. I had set them up as Arial 12 pt
bold, but when I opened the document the headings ...

I formatted a letter for mail merge and tried to print one page.  Now, all
text is condensed to 1/2" width on left margin.  When I open
format/font/character spacing ... the preview looks fine.  Scale, spacing and
position are all normal.

Help!
One of my users has a document which she has edited.  three words have been
changed and then the user goes to CTRL+P, changes the number of prints to 2,
clicks ok and the three words revert back to the original text.
