I've got a problem. I can't have an English double quotes in my word
When I try to enter double quotes I get this form “”. What I want i
the form "". How can I fix this problem? Thanks in advance

I cannot type the backslash, i.e., "\" on my word documents.  When I try I
get a capital W with a strikethrough.

Ohhhh please help! My son has lost a disc with his resume on it and I don't
think he saved it to the hard drive. Is there any way I can recover this
document . He was using Word 2000, surely there must be someway to do this. I

I would like to create a multiple-choice test that the user can fill out and

My company recently created our letterhead using a Template document.  When
I was unable to print an envelope using Tools - Letters and Mailings, I
contacted the staff who created it and asked how to print envelopes.  Their
response was it can't be done.  Can it?

  According to the Word 'help guide' when a user uses the 'Search
Libraries' function to find a bibliographic source they should be able to
insert the source straight from the search bar - I have not found a 'button'

How do I display the full path to the current document in the windows title
bar in Word 2007?  It currently only shows the document name.  In 2003, it
showed the full path.

I have a database with about 500 personnel resumes in either WORD document
format or pdf format. The DB is in Access and the resumes are a part of it.
Currently, we have keywords taken from each resume. To search in Access, we
type in a particular keyword and run a query. Works ...

I deleted / pasted 7 pages of info from one file to a new document, and
saved. I then renamed the document. Somehow, the 7 pages are gone - the new
document is empty.

In Word 2007 can the table of contents handle changes to the page orientation?
I diid have this working:  I created the TOC in portrait then changed layout
to landscape and updated the TOC  successfully  - I guees Word internally
