I have a document that was set up as a template for business cards so when I
want to change the name on the card, I used to just hit the "Refresh Data"
button in the the toolbar and I could update easily but now I can't seem to
find the "Refresh Data" button, not even by going to ...

Hi is there an easy way to change the spacing between words all at once so if
there was a word with two spaces between it and the next word would you be
able to do something and everything in the document changes.

When I open word 2007 it opens to a blank page.  It has defaults that I don't
care for and would like to change IE Font, Style, etc. How do I set it so the
font is changed to 12 instead of 11 each time I open it in word 2007.  Is
there an easy way to do it?

When I try to reformat  a selection of text (for example to bold it or
centre it on a line), the whole document reformats.  However when I click on

I have tried inserting a jpg, gif, and bmp into a Word doc (via Insert/
Image) and they all look worse than the original when viewed side by
