I tried to re-install MS Office 2007 when Word failed to access online help.

Could someone please help me re-set my MS Word 2007 to its original/default
settings?  When I start a new document I keep getting this "dash" marked
border and don't want to see that.... and then I have problems with
re-setting margins in documents that I have already created.

In earlier versions of Word, there was a pointer that could be selected to
enable selecting multiple drawing objects on a page while ignoring the text.  
Is it gone with 2007?  Is there any similar tool/method?

I screwed up my blank document settings and had to go through several steps
to reset it.  If there is a button (Default) that let's me change the blank
document settings, there should be one to return to the factory settings or
to reset.

I accepted all changes that were made using Track Changes. However, the
document is still marked as being trackchanged. How I can turn it off

I tried to copy a page from word file.   When I changed the file to
‘Unprotected document’, all the dropdown list option is gone.  I am able to
copy the page with dropdown list, but there is no button there at all.  How
