had used the Customize feature to create custom toolbars that helped do the

I had MSOffice 2003, on Windows XP computer. MSWord was updated to version 9
(not sure how), and now I can't open any documents, althought I do can make
new ones, and open the new ones with no problem.
Is there anyway to repair this issue so that I can recover those documents?

Does Word 2007 have a better way to exclude text appearing on the same line
as text to be included in the table of contents?  In previous versions of
word, a hidden paragraph mark was used to do this.  Thanks!

Avery label 8293 is 1.5" round. Inserted pictures do not center.  When
resizing, the picture moves out of view.  How can I fix this?

I recently upgraded from Office 2003 to Office 2007 and I don't find the
capability to email documents using a routing slip within Word 2007 that was
available in v2003.
Has that feature been removed from Office 2007?
