how can I get a document to automatically add 1 to the last document i saved

I only see balloons show up for Deleting and Comments.
Can I get balloons to show additions and edits? Is this normal for balloons?

I have a sheets of labels created in Avery form5266 and need to transfer the

The backspace button doesn't delete selected text. Plus when text is

I have my form field set up as a percent, in Excel I am used to just entering
"10", and it will convert to "10%" or "10.00%", but Word is changing that
same entry to "1000%".  It makes me enter as ".10", which is just stupid that
