Is there an automated way to compare a Microsoft Word document and an Adobe
PDF file?

On some work sheets I have a blue dotted line around each typed line I am not
talking about a text box but every line or paragraph has a blue dotted line
around it and when I send that file to someone they see the dotted box also??
Any ideas how to get rid of the boxes?  PO

When I try to type a quotation mark in MS Word it will insert this symbol, "«".

I have just updated to Word 2003 and the colors on  my pallet to highlight
does not have any colors.  How can I correct this?

I'm creating a document with lots of pages.  I know how to create the LINK to
go to any 1-70 figures at the bottom of the document.  I would like to go

I need to edit a a document but have a situation in which ther are pages I do
not need  i.e. I only need pge 1 but not pages 2 and three. how can I remove
pages 2 and 3 so the document ends at the end of page 1 and the document has

attached to the the document and open in excel. I can't remember how this

I have a document with a number of text boxes in it. How can I move the text
from the boxes onto the page, so that it behaves like ordinary text, without

I created a flow chart using Word last week, making full use of text boxes
and colours, and I successfully printed off a few copies of the
(single-paged) document.
Today, I have gone back to the same document and opened it up to print it.  

For years I've been merrily making header rows in my tables repeat on
subsequent pages.  Today is the day that I cannot make it happen.  Perhaps
there's a grimlin in my software, or just a hex on me...
But whatever the reason, I cannot perform this simple task.  Can anyone tell

When I open a "new document," I would like the header and footer to show by
default.  I do not like working with them cut off, and I would rather not
have to "View/Header and Footer/Close" every time I open a new document.

How do I save a document in Office Word 2003 so it cabn be opened in a Mac?

During typing a text I have used a key or combination of keys ?? and now in
all my text the words I will type to continue are in red and underline. I do
not know how to delete that ?

Like many, I often need to fill forms.  They are usually in Acrobat or Image
files.  Is there a way that word or other utility which can be used as simple
typewriter?
