I'm new at creating Indexes and I need to create one to include ALL words in a 31 page document. Not sure how do go about it. Seems like the text has to be marked in the document, but I can't seem to select the WHOLE document to do this.

We installed a new server recently, and I have this new problem. The MS Word program is closing when I close the last remaining open document or sometimes when I simply close a dialog box. It does not happen all of the time, but it is driving me crazy. Any suggestioons?

Revisions, even inadvertent ones, continually revert to original form even after document is "saved." IE: Paragraphs inadvertently are changed to larger and underlined type. This is corrected and saved. Original form reappears time and time again.

I am trying to create a macro which draws a text box in Word 2002. When I enter the Macro and set to record, I select the text box tool while recording, however, I cannot draw a text box after that. I click and drag to create the box, but nothing happens, (no box appears)...

i've created a form in Word 2007 that is protected. it will be used out in the field by many users. when the doc is unprotected, i can change the font size in the form's fields. but as soon as i protect it and begin to enter data, the font defaults to another size. Help!

For any reason galleries for header, footer, etc. dont appear in my Office 2007 on Windows Vista, but on Windows XP SP2 they do. I've reinstalled couple times and both Office and WinVista are updated with SP1. Can you help me?
