I want to add a second MS Word application onto my computer that I can
customize for a very specific use during our meetings. I don't want to have
to change the settings on my usual Word application everytime I want to use
Word during our meeting.

Is there a way to set the default zoom size so a new Word 2007 document
always opens to the desired size? My documents always open at about 75%,
which is much too small for my laptop and I constantly have to change it.
I've tried changing normal.dot but the default does not ...

I have a word document that has hyperlinks to with in the document. when i
convert the document to HTML format through Send to Mail Recepient and i
click on these links in the mail format, the color of the links are changing
and i dont want the link colors to change.

What are the typed characters for page break to use in a find or replace
command?  I know ^t and ^p, but need to know page break particularly, and any

I am trying to place a graphic with text in a text box however, I am not able
to place it where I want to. The graphic options; text left wrap, right wrap
etc are not available. Is there a way to do it?

I have a document that was created using the outline view.  When I finish
typing, I switch back to Print Layout View to format it before printing (the
font and size are changed to what they need to be).  Also, going through
Format -> Paragraph, I change Spacing to 0 pt for Before ...

I need the ability to know how many changes were made in a document without
having to count them all on the Review Section manually.
Is there a way to create a Macro or a third party tool that would allow me
in MS Word 2003 to just give me the total of changes on the document?

I am an experienced office user.
I updated from 2003 in October last yeaer and still cannot get on with the
new office.  I hate the ribbon  structure but will try the suggested ribbon
solution elsewhere on this forum.

tasks flawlessly.
