Does anyone know if there is a setting available to flag you that you still
have comments in the document, when closing a file.  These comments are kept
until a final is ready to go out electronically, but if the last person
working on the document is not working in 'Final ...

I am creating a form in Word 2003 and wondering if you can use conditional
formating.
I have a number field and when a negative number is entered I want it to be
in red (like you can do in excel)

how do I move from column 1 to column 2?  Clicking with the mouse does not
accomplish this.

I am editing ORANGE.DOC. I have received the unrelated LEMON.DOC, which

Some of the pages in my document are numbered with Roman numerals.  Because
of inconsistent capitalization in my TOC, I used the modify function of the
TOC to require all caps.  But that made the Roman numeral page numbers appear
in caps, too.

I have an Access DB that allows users to search and open Word
documents.
The users are not allowed to change the Word documents. I have
achieved this by setting a WritePassword and by opening the Word files

This happens on to quite a few users.  They go to insert/delete a row in a
table only to find that while the Table menu appears the sub-menus do not.  
Nothing flashes.  They simply do not reappear.
We've had them go in a reset the Menu Bar under View > Toolbars > Customize

I have a new document with 3 sections defined; each containing information
about the document on the left side if the footer and the Page # on the
right.  I created the page # using the option in the footer.
