I'm inserting "SAMPLE" but it prints, "A P E" or "S M L"

How do I change the colour of my whole Word document to black & white?
I created artwork that needs to be sent/proofed as black & white. Is there a
way to change the colour of your whole document to black & white?

Is there a way to calculate a person's age.  In a text form field the
person's birthdate is entered, and next to it will calculate the person's age
in years only.
Something like (today - whatever was entered into the form field = age

I have created the document and saved it as a '.dot'.  I have gone into each
'style' and changed it so that it doesn't have  'normal.dot' as its base.  I
have also unchecked the "automatically update" box.

I have a Word doc with a form field (user ID) in which the user enters their
unique user ID.  Can I automate Word so when the user exits the document it
automatically saves the file name as their user ID?
IE - my unique ID is 12345 so the file name will need to be 12345.doc
