I am using Word 2002 SP3. I had to reinstall windows 2000 Pro from a Dell reinstallation cd (W2K +SP2), before I could reinstall Office XP. I went on Windows Update and also downloaded all of the Hotfixes and updates since SP2. (It was alot).

In Word 2007, the Cross-Reference dialog box shows only some of the Figure captions and many that appear do so twice. The TOC and Lists of Tables and Figures also have omissions but not so many. The document was converted from Word 2000. I'm on XP. Any ideas, anyone?

I want to use two styleref fields in the header that insert headings one and two. If the first heading two is not on the same page as its heading one, Word searches backwards and inserts the first heading two it finds.

How can I enable spell check to check all text. For some reason it says that certain text is marked "do not check" I go in and manually click on the box in tools/language/enable spell check but it automatically resets itself - using Word 2003 and outlook 2003
