but it won't renumber.  I've gone through the numbering->set numbering

I do all my sales quotes in excel then paste them into word. I have just got
a Vista machine with Word and Excel 2007 software. On my XP machine I would
simply copy the quote on excel then in word go to "edit" then "paste special"

This is a question for myself and a co-worker. We currently have a task of
trying to figure how to reduce the amount of paper we use for printing. I've
read the blogs about reducing font size, margin size and so forth, but this
is not something we can necessarily all the time.

When I open Word 2003 and a new blank document appears, it displays in
Print Layout View and Page Width, which is how I have always seen it
open.  The document has my default margins: 1 inch top & bottom; 1.25
