name that I only have to type a few letters and Word will suggest the word I

I just noticed that my MS Word 2007 Ruler uses POINTS instead of INCHES as
the unit of measure.  I do not recall changing it, and I want the ruler to
display inches instead of points.

When selecting duplex printing it says I need to insert the sheet to print on
the other side.  I do not have manual selected and my unit is selecting the
duplex unit.  I can do it from another computer, but why not this one?  Any
suggestions?

I'm not sure what is going on but options and customize under tools is greyed
out and also the save button on the toolbar is greyed out.  The Permission
setting under file is set to "unrestricted access".  Does anyone know what is
