I am trying to split a long table into two smaller tables. This was easy in Word 2003 where there is a 'split table' option was available in the table menu but I can't find where that option is hidden in Word 2007. Can anyone help, please?

Lets say I have a large document. The last page of the document is a page that quotes text from further up the same document. Now, if I change the main document, this will not be reflected in the last page.

Is there one step that you can do to change older documents to the 2007 version? The only way I know to do it is to do it one document at a time - and it reduplicates the document. I just want to convert it. Thanks.

I am trying to located a symbol that has a number in the middle of a circle for example 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. The actual number appears as a bullet, again inside of the circle. I hope my description is clear enough.

The font in the body of the document I have created is in Arial. However, when I create the TOC, it comes up in Cambria. If I manually change the same, it reverts to Cambria when I regenerate the TOC after changes to the document.

Although I save my templates whenever I edit a style, the lists indentations are never retained whenever I open a file. Is there a way in which indentations can be saved properly (I normally use the Save All or Save Template command whenevber I modify a style).

Word 2007 SP1 with hot fixes Sometime in the last 2 weeks, the Style Inspector, Apply Styles and the list of styles have all quit working. The windows are blank with solid Office Theme background color.

I do alot of scanning textbooks and I must produce electronic documents free of hidden text boxes and frames. Randomly left clicking around each page brings up hidden boxes and frames but there has to be a more efficient way of knowing if and where these are in a document.
