The biggest drawback to as-you-go spellchecking is, obviously, the correct
text that it highlights as errors.

OK, got an odd problem here that I'm not sure how to fix.
One of our employees is running Windows 2000 and using
Office 2000. When he runs the spelling & grammar checker
in Word, the checker runs but the document disappears and

The word "if" is inserted into my document at random as
well as other words, it appears within sentences or at
the top of the page. Does any one have an idea of what

Spelling is not supported in my OE because this new HP
computer is equipped with Microsoft Works (but no version
of Word which OE states is required for spell checking).

When I spell check a document and the document has words

I had to delete my Office 97 and reinstall it. When I did,
my thesaurus will not work. I used to have Thesaurus
Restore but it disappeared when I deleted Office. Does
