I remember using Word 6.0; the 'explain' button in the grammar checker was very helpful. Now, with XP, I hit 'explain' and I get no explanations. The help window comes up, but on its default page. Did I misinstall help?

Every time I try using the "replace all" tool to replace a word in capital letters with one in lower case letters, it converts the word back to capitals. I can't find any switch to stop this happening. Can anyone help.
